Volunteer Waivers & Civil Rights Documentation

*Waiver Renewal Date & Expiration:  Beginning July 1, 2022ALL volunteers will be required to once again sign The Storehouse Volunteer Waiver.  This waiver must be renewed annually based on the date of your initial signature (versus every July 1st as we’ve done in the past) from your submission date.  Our volunteer system will automatically request this information the next time you check in or sign up for a session taking place after June 30, and yearly thereafter.

Civil Rights Document:  Each volunteer will be required to review a Civil Rights document, which must be completed annually based on the date of your initial review.  Our volunteer system will automatically request this information the next time you check in or sign up for a session taking place after June 30, and yearly thereafter.

Digital Minor Renewal Option (14-17 years of age):  Parents/guardians of minors may now accept the waiver and civil rights document electronically without the need to print.  When registering for an event, the minor receives the option of emailing the waiver to their parent/guardian or printing it for them to sign.
