Health Policy
The Storehouse of Collin County takes the health and well-being of our volunteers and neighbors seriously. As such, we follow a mask-optional policy based on an individual’s best personal health choice.
We ask all who serve at The Storehouse to be fever-free at their time of service and to have been fever free for a minimum of 72 hours prior.
COVID-19 Policy
With regard to COVID-19, The Storehouse of Collin County follows state and local law and is informed by the guidelines provided by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to ensure the health and safety of all our neighbors, volunteers, and team members.

If a volunteer is exposed to someone who is Covid positive, thinks they may have been exposed to someone who is Covid positive, or tests Covid positive, please refer to the CDC website for proper protocols.
If a neighbor is exposed to someone who is Covid positive, thinks they may have been exposed to someone who is Covid positive, or tests Covid positive:
- Seven Loaves Food Pantry: We will ask the neighbor to wait inside car during Seven Loaves food distribution, and groceries will be placed outside of their car for neighbor to load personally.
- Joseph's Coat Clothing Closet: We will ask the neighbor to contact our team in order to reschedule their appointment.
